RESULT: this lovely wired heart brooch/pendant. I've used non-tarnish silver artistic wire and small black glass beads in various sizes. The paua piece is suspended within the beads and is wired on. The brooch back also doubles as a pendant bail. It measures just over 5cm in diameter/length.
