"Bella Fiore" is Italian for "Beautiful Flower" and that's exactly what this necklace is!
Painstaking coil work using hair-thin non-tarnish silver artistic wire has created this amazing centrepiece. The flower itself is wired together with Pink Candy Jade faceted ovals, smooth round Amethysts and a centre featuring a beautiful cream freshwater pearl. The fronds feature smooth Amazonite, faceted Amethyst and a pale lemon Swarovski crystal, and the wired frame onto which the flower is attached has further sparkling Czech crystals, faceted Amethysts and smooth Amazonite stones.
The chain is partly made up of hand-wired faceted Amethsyts, crystals and Amazonite. All wire is non-tarnish silver artistic wire. The chain is a delicate cable chain and the clasp features a lobster/trigger clasp with a further extension chain for the ultimate in versatility (also has a small hand-wired dangle with Amazonite bead dangling from the end).
This neckpiece took several hours to design and implement, and would have to be one of my favourite all-time pieces for sheer originality and beauty - very much worth the effort - "Bella Fiore" indeed!
The best part is that it is so light to wear, you will hardly know you're wearing it at all (except when the compliments come rolling in!).
